Kamil Ahmad was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. At a young age, he traveled to Egypt where he started studying the Arabic language. Thereafter, he traveled to Saudi Arabia where he spent time in Riyadh before being admitted to the Islamic University of Madinah.
In Madinah, he completed a university diploma in the Arabic language, and then graduated with a bachelors degree from the faculty of Shariʿah. He went on to complete a post-graduate diploma in Daʿwah from the faculty of Daʿwah & Usul-ud-Din.
He currently resides in the Qassim Region of Saudi Arabia where he is pursuing a masters degree in ʿAqidah from Qassim University.
Besides his academic studies, he has studied various classical texts in different Islamic disciplines under several scholars during his stay in Madinah and Qassim.
